The only complaint I have is I wish the author would have provided a much larger list of foods. A lot of food was missing. I found it very limiting. But as I said, I would recommend this book, for a beginner, it is the nuts and bolts of what an alkaline diet is. And I have been following it by the book for about 6 weeks now, and I do have more energy, less acid during the day, and I am noticing my clothes are getting looser. This will be a lifetime way of eating for me, and I love this way of eating. Surprisingly, I don’t miss desserts or dairy or meat. I eat everything in smaller proportions too.
